The Jean Monnet Module “EU Integration of Western Balkans: Patterns and Issues” (WB-EUPath) organized three awareness seminars in September 2025 to present the project’s objectives and share its results with academic and public audiences across the region. The aim of the awareness seminars is to disseminate project outcomes to to priority target groups and other interested stakeholders.
The first seminar was held at Epoka University in Tirana on 8 September 2025, followed by the University American College Skopje on 16 September 2025, and concluded at the University of Belgrade on 29 September 2025.
The events brought together students, academics, and policy stakeholders to discuss project outcomes and current debates on EU integration in the Western Balkans. The seminars highlighted the Module’s work in promoting teaching and research on EU studies, encouraging dialogue on patterns and issues of accession, and raising awareness of the EU agenda in the region.
By engaging universities and stakeholders in three Western Balkan capitals, WB-EUPath reaffirmed its role as a platform for knowledge-sharing, regional cooperation, and critical debate on the EU’s enlargement process.
